Forge features wood-fired cooking specializing in Neapolitan-style pizza and American classics. All while using local, organic and seasonal ingredients. Nearly 80 percent of the Forge’s menu items are prepared using the imported, Italian Valoriani oven.
We also serve 20-plus local artisanal beers including 12 beers on tap. Hand crafted artisanal cocktails and a select wine list featuring Californian and European varietals. Bar will include house-made tonic, ginger beer and root beer on tap.
