Bergeron's will be holding its annual Toy Drive/Comedy Night this year with some of the best standup comics the Bay Area has to offer. Admission will be half-off for audience members that bring an unwrapped toy, game, or children's book to be donated to the youth of Oakland. Feel free to BYOB to keep the drinks flowing. Audience members also get 10% off merchandise after the show. $5 pre-sales (limited quantity), $10 at the door, $5 door deal with the any toy drive donation.
December's Headliner is David Gborie:
David Gborie comes to party. He’s been telling jokes all over the country for a couple of years now and he is, in his words, “Pretty legit at it”. He currently lives in San Francisco where he is a member of Sylvan Productions and can be seen around town lurking at one of their many shows or at Crissy fields with his trusty crab pot. As a performer he’s appeared at The Bridgetown Comedy Festival, SF Indie Fest, and Denver’s Too Much Funstival, as well as the SF Punchline, The Denver Comedy Works, and other impressive venues. He despises the word swag.
Also on the lineup:
- Irene Tu (Resident Comic)
- Chad Opitz (Rooster T Feathers, Santa Cruz Comedy Fest)
- Michael Montgomery (IO Comedy Festival, Ventura Comedy Festival, Santa Cruz Comedy Festival)
- David Studebaker (SF Weekly's top 10 comics to watch)
- Hosted by Adrian McNair (SF Punchline, SJ Improv)
