The Cabrillo Art Photography Department is proud to present "The Big Picture," a photography lecture series featuring regional professional photographers as they shed light on their creative processes. This spring semester series will feature four well known photographers working in different professional genres as they share how they got into photography, how they found their niche in the business, how they make a living as a photographer, and more. This first installment welcomes Shmuel Thaler, a photojournalist with the Santa Cruz Sentinel.
