The Aerosols are awesome psych-pop that is super catchy and is definitely reminsicent of old Elephant Six bands (especially Olivia Tremor Control, Apples in Stereo, and earlier Of Montreal) that made people crazy back in the late 90s, and, if we want to get real, actual psych rock like 13th Floor Elevators and the poppier Pink Floyd. There is a problem. Something has been missing for a while. You know what it is. You can't define it exactly. But you want it back. Dead Meat is one band that has got it. The heft of Killdozer and Scratch Acid, the swampland shudder of Scientists, the dead-eyed stare of Joy Division, all bonded together by some piss and vinegar and delivered at high volume. FSS released their debut 7 inch single, accompanied with a nine track digital album compiling their recordings to date, in the fall of 2010. Touring followed and many more people beccame converts. A new album is being recorded.
