The 6th Annual 3-Minute Film Festival Black Tie Gala & Film Screening

What happens when both professional and first time filmmakers pledge to spend 30 days creating 3-Minute masterpieces? Find out at the 6th Annual 3-Minute Film Festival Black Tie Gala and Film Screening, the August edition of Root Division’s monthly Second Saturday Series.

In addition to creative and hilarious cinematic feats, this year’s DIY event features paintings by 2007 festival award winner Holly Coley and Three Angles: Paintings by Root Division Resident Artists Joshua Aaron, Jon Casey Clary, and Kevin E. Taylor. Stick around after the screening for the sweet beats of DJ Swayzee, the tearful audience choice awards, and the first ever 3-Minute Raffle of Fabulous Prizes. And YES, it’s really black tie…”Creative Black Tie” that is. Doors open at 7:00 with a reception for the artists.
