The 2nd Annual Brew-Ha-Holiday Sale!
Alite Designs and Boreas Gear are excited to announce the 2nd Annual Brew-Ha-Holiday Warehouse Sale!! This is a TWO-DAY event! It will go down on Friday (11/14) and Saturday (11/15) and will offer some really amazing discounts of up to 75% on nearly all 2014 items! This includes all Alite backpacks, dog products, and chairs. On the Boreas Gear side we’ll be offering our Buttermilks, Topaz, Lost Coast Series, and more at insanely low prices. We need to make room for new 2015 packs and chairs, so this is a great opportunity to stock up for the holidays!

On Friday, Alite Designs X Comrades Brewing will host a tasty and festive happy hour bringing you seasonal beers from beneath the underground. We’re talking Roasted Banana and Donut Bread Pudding Weizenbock AND NorCal Winter Gluten-Free Saison! Comrade Brewing will be pouring three of their best beers from 5-8pm (or until the beer runs out, so come early!) This should help make the holiday gift selection process just a bit easier (wink wink).
On Saturday, Alite Designs and Boreas Gear will also host a series of giveaways and door prizes. As you may or may not know we are some pretty generous folks… so don’t skip out on Saturday swag days! Ugly Sweater Competition will also take place, and the winner will of course be generously rewarded!
Make your holiday shopping a bit more bearable this year – local brews and outdoor gear discounts will definitely make it more fun! We promise!

BEERS FROM COMRADES:
Roasted Banana and Donut Bread Pudding Weizenbock- AKA The People’s Choice. One sip and you’ll forget you ever asked if we actually put donuts and bananas in this beer (Of course we did). It exudes the bread-puddingesque aroma of raisins, rum, and of course bananas.
Mala Hot Pot Double IPA - Four different types of hops give our flagship ale a complex taste complimented by the influence of galangal, chili flakes and lemongrass. We’ve tweaked the hops to
deliver a brighter, tropical-citrus note as a complement to its rich and spicy aroma. Sichuan peppercorns add a final tincture, lending each sip a gentle numbing effect, in a good way.
NorCal Winter Gluten Free Saison- Eschew the usual intestinal adventures brought on by other farmhouse ales. Our saison is brewed with sorghum, caramelized sugar and honey, then spiced with juniper berries, Douglas Fir tips, white sage, wild mint, bay leaves, grains of paradise and Styrian Golding hops.
