On Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 27, 2014, Lake Chalet Seafood Bar & Grill will be open from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM serving, in addition to their regular a la carte menu, a holiday $46.00 three-course prix fixe that will include first course choices of Autumn Mista Salad with Happy Boy Farm mixed greens, Fuyu persimmon, pomegranate, pine nuts, sherry vinaigrette and ricotta salata or Autumn Squash Soup with Brussels sprouts and apples and second course choices of Classic Roast Turkey with giblet gravy, apple pancetta stuffing, mashed potatoes, season’s vegetables and cranberry compote; Pan-Roasted King Salmon with Yukon potato garlic purée, brown butter, lobster mushrooms, Brussels sprouts and spiced nuts; Apple Cider Cured Pork Chop with bacon pomegranate pistachio relish, greens and rich pork jus; or Sugar Pie Pumpkin Ravioli with sage brown butter, crushed amaretti and Parmigiano-Reggiano. Special side dishes, $7.00 each, will include Sage and Apple Cider Glazed Autumn Squash; Roasted Brussels Sprouts with brown butter and capers; Glazed Tokyo Turnips and Young Carrots; and Blue Lake Green Beans with almonds and crispy shallots.
