Thanksgiving Day Celebration at Lake Chalet
On Thanksgiving Day, November 26, Lake Chalet Seafood Bar & Grill will be open from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM serving a holiday $49.00 three-course prix fixe menu ($19.00 for children under 12) that will include first course choices of Autumn Mista Salad Happy Boy Mixed Greens with Pomegranate, Persimmon, Ricotta Salata, Pine Nuts, Sherry Vinaigrette; or Butternut Squash Soup Apples & Brussels Sprouts. Second course choices will be Classic Roast Turkey White and Dark Meat with Apricot Pancetta Stuffing, Mashed Potatoes, Season’s Vegetables, Cranberry Compote; Grilled Salmon with Celery Root Purée, Brown Butter, Brussels Sprouts Leaves, Chanterelles; Slow-Cooked Lamb Shoulder with Anson Mills Coarse White Grits, Braised Greens, Natural Jus, Autumn Vegetables; Grand Seafood Linguini with Mussels, Clams, Tomato-Braised Calamari, Shrimp, Scallops, Salmon, Fresh Saffron Pasta; Sweet Onion Risotto with King Trumpet Mushrooms, Young Walnuts, Apple Cider Brown Butter, Red Kuri Squash; and a third course choice of Pumpkin Pie with Rum Raisins, Whipped Chantilly; Pecan Pie with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream; Apple Crostata with Cinnamon Ice Cream & Warm Vanilla Caramel Sauce.
