In this partnered workshop, you will be guided through giving and receiving some simple but powerful Thai Yoga Therapy techniques. Whether it's your introduction to this healing modality or an opportunity to deepen the work for yourself, it will be an afternoon that fosters a healthy body, peaceful spirit, and compassionate heart. Come with a friend or meet a practice partner at the workshop.
Enthusiastically endorsed by Oprah as her favorite massage modality, Thai Yoga Therapy is a holistic system of bodywork with roots in Yoga, Buddhism, Ayurveda, and Chinese medicine. Dubbed “Lazy Person’s Yoga,” this 2,500 year-old healing art combines assisted yoga stretches, compression-based massage techniques, acupressure, and energy work. The work is performed fully clothed on a comfortable mat on the floor. Benefits include:

About Rhiannon:
Known for her energy and uplifting presence, Rhiannon Fink's teaching style is often described as grounded, insightful, and accessible for everyone. Through yoga, bodywork, and coaching, she supports her clients' lifelong journey towards radiant health, self-actualization, and a life lived in alignment/balance. She practices Thai Yoga Therapy in the lineage of master Asokananda, as given to her by her teacher Saul David Raye. Her sharing of the yoga arts was homegrown at Laughing Lotus NYC many moons ago, and she offers pranams to the Lotus family for stoking her bellyfire for contemplative study and movement as medicine.
