A panel discussion including Dr. Jack Dumbacher, Chairman of Ornithology and Mammology at the California Academy of Sciences, and Keith Hansen, noted bird artist. Experts in the field of birds, birding and all things ornithological will present some of their favorite stories from their rich histories in the field. The panel is being held in conjunction with the exhibition, Treasures of the Sierra Madre—Birds of West Mexico, February 22 –March 22, paintings by David Tomb inspired by his birding trips to Mexico. |
