The Monterey Off Road Cycling Association hosts this very fun and very free event in Toro Park's Quail Meadows day-use area. Helmets are a requirement for all cyclists looking to enjoy a bike safety clinic, a skills course and group rides on trails normally closed to mountain bikes. Come for the education and exercise, then stay for the barbecue and raffle; local businesses have donated bike-related prizes and Clif Bar has also chosen to throw in some goodies.
