Fleet Training Day during the Northern California Clean Technology Forum & Equipment Expo.
“Building the Foundation for a Sustainable Fleet,” will help to set the stage for this new program and define what sustainability means in thecontext of the Fleet industry.

How to develop policies and procedure
Examples of sustainable fleet initiatives
“Sustainable Leadership and Change Management” is the
second part of this session that will give attendees a first-hand look at what it takes to introduce sustainable changes into a fleet. They will also learn:
What tools are required for sustainability
What change strategies support these tools
What leadership supports change strategies
How to design and implement these strategies
What mentoring is needed to support design and implementation
