Come learn to roll sushi from a master then enjoy the fruits of your labor in a sit-down dinner complete with several kinds of sake to taste. Also learn about how kashrut and ethics intersect. The sushi is provided by L'Chaim Sushi, the only kosher and sustainable sushi provider in the country. L'Chaim Sushi is supervised by the Vaad Hakashrus of Northern California and certified by the Monterey Bay Aquarium's Seafood Watch.
