November 5-6, 11am-6pm both days
After a long hiatus, Susan R. Kirshenbaum is reclaiming her life as a full-time visual artist. She never stopped making art throughout her career as a marketing creative director. As Susan explains, "It's never too late to do what you really care about - and it's important for me to create lively, provocative art...it must be in my DNA". Using digital tools and drawing live models she produces brisk, bold, gestural works of art. She is excited to introduce her monumental "Silk Scrolls", a fluttering series of female figures on panels. She's also showing her prints, drawings, and soft sculpture.
Lisa Lightman will be exhibiting her artwork along with Susan.
