Description

The Supermarket Street Sweep is an annual bike race that benefits the San Francisco Food Bank! For the past two years, hundreds of participants have zipped around the city to local supermarkets and brought back thousands of pounds of food to donate to this wonderful charity.

POINTS RACE: Bring back the most food from 5 grocery stores. In the event of a tie for POINTS, the faster time wins.

SPEED RACE: Buy food from 5 grocery stores and get to the finish as soon as possible. Be the FASTEST GIRL or BOY.

WHAT TO BRING: A bag, box or crate or whatever you rock to the grocery store, and a lock and money to purchase items (suggested $20-30, anything you are comfy with, everything helps).

All items will be donated to the San Francisco Food Bank.
