Get a great workout on Sunday at the EHS Pilates Institute. How can we do this you ask? Well... EHS Pilates Institute has been training Pilates instructors for over 15 years. Our instructors-in-training are required to complete approximately 200 hours before their final certification test. Each student instructor has completed 116 hours of Pilates education, as well as all mandatory prerequisites. This is where you come in. We are looking for clients to participate in our Student Sundays program. You must be in good health and have a desire to learn in a training environment. Take advantage of our inexpensive private sessions and group classes, available to you every Sunday!
