Henry Saiz:

DJ/PRODUCER/REMIXER - NATURA SONORIS LABEL OWNER - RADIO PRESENTER AND DIRECTOR FOR "EL LABERINTO" ON RADIO3.

REALITY IS FOR THOSE WHO ARE NOT STRONG ENOUGH TO CONFRONT THEIR DREAMS

atish:

The Atish experience: deep, emotive, ecstatic. It is more than the beautiful sounds emanating from the speakers, though, it is also the man behind the decks: warm, compassionate, inviting. In an age of oversized DJ egos there is still an artist who is devoted to connecting with his audience, a humble soul with a pure passion for music. This is Atish.

Atish occupies a rare space in dance music. At a time when most DJs rise to prominence primarily through their work as producers, Atish's success has been realized through his total devotion to the art of DJing. What began at a small gig back in 2010 in San Francisco has since flowered into a magical journey around the world at clubs, festivals, and afterhours on six of the seven continents.

His success comes as no surprise to anyone who has seen Atish DJ live or listened to one of his mixes. With a combination of sophistication and accessibility, his sets are expressive journeys in melodic deep house that create lasting emotional experiences for the listener. Atish is also a natural performer, engaging the crowd with a mixture of charisma and charm. He's been known to don costumes and wigs when he spins, a playfulness that balances the strict discipline and obsessiveness he has for DJing.

Atish's natural talent and passion for music haven't gone unnoticed. Lee Burridge asked Atish to play on the legendary Robot Heart bus sound system at Burning Man in 2011, and Atish has been invited back every year since. He's also been honored to open for and tag with some of the most respected names in dance music including John Digweed, Danny Howells, Guy Gerber, M.A.N.D.Y., and Tyrant. Currently, Atish is on Listed Bookings' roster, and he is a resident at Listed's monthly party, Play, at San Francisco's world-renowned club, The Endup. Hes also the resident at the long-running quirky monthly event, Tutu Tuesday.

Atish has also developed a strong online presence through Soundcloud. A prolific mixer, Atish produces a monthly podcast series that has allowed him to express a deeper, moodier sound. Scrolling through his extensive catalog of mixes, one can hear an artist passionate about music and dedicated to the perfection of his craft. Having achieved so much in such a short amount of time, the dance music community is excited to see how far he can go.

Deep Jesus:

https://soundcloud.com/deepjesus

Deep and Tech House are a form of religion when it comes to Desert Heart's very own Deep Jesus. Being a co-Founder of the ground breaking boutique festival, his musical offerings have given him the platform to fine-tune the vibes of the underground. Driven by the anticipating ambiance of day into night, this San Diego native is known for his deep and melodic sounds.

Freddy Be:

https://soundcloud.com/mondaysocial

It's no surprise that the Monday Social is a club night near and dear to the hearts of many Angelenos. Since Mondays are a quiet night for most venues, and most people in general, it has taken an extra special combination of people, talent and ambiance to create what has become a veritable "institution" within the LA dance music scene.

From its early days at the late great Louis XIV, through its times at Las Palmas and Nacional in Hollywood, to its present location at the Playhouse, the Monday Social has pulled off nothing less than a show business miracle: an amazing run of fifteen years and counting.

Arguably the longest running club night in Los Angeles, the Monday Social's secret to success is the distinct air of non-exclusivity, carefully cultivated by it's creators and resident DJ/promoters, Freddy Be and Mick Cole (known to most as the "Bud Brothers"). With world-renowned DJ's, leftfield groovers and upfront party beats on a top-of-the-line turbo sound system, they combine the sociability and hassle-free vibes of the bar scene with the musical and technical standards associated with clubs.

Join us each week at SOUND in Hollywood (1642 N Las Palmas, Hollywood, Ca 90028) from 10pm-2am and experience LA's infamous Monday Night Social..

Rachel Torro:

https://soundcloud.com/racheltorro

Rachel Torro is carving out a unique space in the San Francisco House Music scene with an aesthetic that draws from her adventurous musical background. Her musical passion has been influenced by artists like Radiohead, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd and LCD Soundsystem. She combines a mature breadth of taste with a youthful playfulness colored by her post-adolescent history of psychedelic rock revelry. Her song selections weave a voice that is all her own-minimal, deep and tech house sensibilities build upon and support each other in a grounded but intricately textured experience. In addition to sharing the stage with staples like Luca Bacchetti, NU, Hot Since 82, Eduardo Castillo and Lee Burridge, Rachel is the resident DJ and musical director for Morning Gloryville San Francisco, an early morning, pre-work conscious dance party. Affiliations: Public Works SF, WERD., Morning Gloryville SF, Panda Lounge, Resident Advisor Page.
