Carmel's newest and most colorful restaurant, featuring French Caribbean food in an art-gallery setting (provided by local artist Spill), with intimate adjoining rooms that are perfect for an intimate dinner for two or a group culinary event.
The menu, prepared by Chef Jerome Fressinier, includes Bang Bang Shrimp, Plantain Mango Fritters, Marie Galante Crab Cakes, Abalone Seafood Chowder, Black Bean Soup, Banana Cornbread, Red Stripe Beer Batter Grouper, Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee-Rubbed Filet Mignon, Porkloin Pineapple Jerk, Jerk Chicken Mango Banana Leaf, Crab Stuffed Calamari, Callaloo and Collard Greens, Red Beans & Coconut Rice, Coconut Coco Parfait, White Chocolate Rum Creme Brulee and other delights.
