Spring is in the air at Bay Street! Families are invited to an afternoon of fun at Spring Fest where the first 200 families will receive a free 4 x 6 professional photo with the Easter Bunny. Free to attend, the springtime extravaganza will also feature live music, arts, crafts, kids gardening activities, face painting, balloon twisting, prizes and more! The Ray Tones and Ray the Rhino will get kids moving with a zany song and dance show including a Riding-on-a-Train conga line, the beach ball Boogie Woogie and the Hula Hoop Hop.
