Who can resist the rich aroma of smoked cheese? Join CUESA, the San Francisco Milk Maid (Louella Hill), and Urban Kitchen SF to learn the basics of DIY cheese smoking. Louella will demonstrate how to use a Bradley Cold Smoker and show you how build a cold-smoker for home use. We'll cover the best cheeses and wood chips, and do a blind tasting of cheeses flavored with real and liquid smoke. Best of all, you'll take home a brick of freshly smoked cheddar!
