Inspired by the Golden State Warriors’ tech-savvy ethos of engaging fans, American Express will join the team in hosting a panel event on Thursday, April 7th, moderated by Gunther Bright, EVP and General Manager of U.S. Merchant Services at American Express. It will aim to inspire attendees to consider new technologies that enhance customer experience and ultimately drive more sales.
Panelists include:
• Daniel Brusilovsky, the Digital Initiatives Lead at Golden State Warriors
• Kevin Anderson, Vice President of Business Development at Appetize
• Steve Sarver, the owner and founder of San Francisco Soup Company
In anticipation of the panel, American Express conducted a survey of San Francisco small businesses on their outlook towards technology and customer experience. Interestingly, as much as 90% of respondents believe that living in the Bay Area provides them with an advantage in getting access to the latest technology and 88% plan to invest in technologies that will improve customer experience over the next 12 months.
