Rosenblum Cellars welcomes Chef Stephanie Perry of Perry’s Catering our Rising Star Chef for February! Chef Stephanie Perry is a food fanatic that cooks with her heart & soul. Her love of cooking began at the age of 8. She enrolled in the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco where she became certified in Cooking and Business for Caterers. Stephanie went on to own a BBQ Restaurant in San Leandro, California. Perry’s Food for the Soul, was a launching pad for Perry’s Catering. Serving up mouthwatering BBQ, Soul Food, and Creole and Cajun Cuisine to customers from all over the San Francisco Bay Area. The restaurant was awarded best ribs and best candied yams in 2005. Perry’s Catering allows Stephanie to combine her innovative cuisine and exemplary customer service background to produce memorable events for her clients.
