SFAI begins the annual Concentrate Student Art Sale + Festival with a preview of the student art sale and opening reception. Guests can also enjoy Fort Point beer and snacks from Bi-Rite plus music from Tower Radio DJ’s and SFAI student-led bands.
Student Art Sale and Festival
Sunday, November 15
1–6 pm | 800 Chestnut Street Campus
Free + open to all
Guests are welcome to partake in the student art sale in addition to the performances lead by internationally renowned fake variety show Whoop Dee Doo! and their team of SFAI students. The festival also includes family-friendly art-making, a Heart Bouncey House, Ping-Pong Rallies, a chance to interact with SFAI’s goats in the meadow and the Alumni Exhibition on view. There will be food for sale and a Beer Garden from Fort Point Beer Co.
The student art sale offers work in a variety of media including painting, drawing, collage, photography, printmaking, editioned works, crafts, sculpture, mixed media, video, performance, fiber, adventurous gifts, and unexpected projects.
