After seven wonderful years at the Yerba Buena Gardens arts complex, the San Francisco Theater Festival is moving to Fort Mason Center. We’re excited about relocating to such a terrific location. The festival will still be the same great day with over 100 shows in over a dozen indoor and outdoor venues, including a terrific bunch of shows created especially for children 12 and under.
We’re also happy to continue our Festival in the Neighborhoods preview shows at 6 fantastic venues throughout San Francisco.
There may even be great shows in a location near you.
The San Francisco Theater Festival (SFTF) produces an annual event to promote the region’s many live-stage theaters to a broad and diverse audience, from small children to adults, in order to increase appreciation for, and build attendance to, the Bay Area’s culturally and artistically-varied theater groups.
