PLEASE READ!!
NOTE THERE HAVE BEEN SOME IMPORTANT CHANGES!
MONARCH: First, please note that there are NO changes to the SF Ginger Pride Celebration at Monarch from 9PM to 2AM. All aspects of that event remain unchanged.
DOLORES PARK: Unfortunately, we received a call from a Events And Facilities Specialist at SF Recreation & Parks concerned about the growing size of the events in the park so regrettably we must CANCEL all of the following activities: (a) Silent Disco, (b) Photo Booth, (c) Cake cutting, and (d) speech by mayoral candidate Broke-Ass Stuart. Our park contact did point out that people are free to picnic in the park but all of the events we were hosting in Dolores Park are officially CANCELLED. We apologize for that news. We love the work SF Recreation & Parks does and want to respect their wishes. Note that they were very open to hosting Ginger Pride once the park is back up and fully operational so stay tuned.
xoxoxox... see you tonight.

BRUNCH LIFE
Micah picked up DJing at the very early age of 1.5, stunning his family and securing his future as a party prodigy. Unfortunately, due to a freak turntable accident on his tenth birthday, Micah developed a fear of spinning records. His family and friends encouraged him to conquer his fear and continue along the path to DJ stardom, but alas he could not be swayed. Micah went twenty whole years without picking up the needle again. Wait...that sounded weird. He went twenty years without DJing, ok? Anyway, he's come a long way on the road to recovery, and is finally ready to get back behind the decks and create some aural magic.
MARKEY REY
Musician, producer, DJ, lover, promoter, and electronic music enthusiast alike, Marky Ray began his journey in fog of the Sunset of San Francisco. When not performing, he spends his time reading russian classic literature, sipping wine, discussing US foreign policy and neo post modernist art… aided by over a decade of piano lessons, 3 years of trumpet and other various instruments including tambourine, recorder, guitar, triangle spoons, egg shakers and those wooden block thingies that you can clack together for a beat. He started dj-ing for fun with a group of his high school friends who eventually threw parties together and always shared a love for electronic music. The past few years he has had a lot of time to develop his sound. For him, it’s all about mood and a fun familiar groove… dropping those tracks that get you shaking your bootie and singing along without you realizing it, regardless of genre, tempo, style, or release date - never forgetting he's just some dick playing other people's music.
