Description
Since 1978, when the FDKF inspired Mayor George Moscone to first proclaim "Family Day" in San Francisco, to 2009 when we will host thousands of professional and amateur kite fliers, renewable energy advocates and sustainability enthusiasts from all over the world, this American Kitefliers Association (AKA) sanctioned festival has been featuring kite-flying, kite-boarding, kite-boating and now windpower while providing beautiful, educational and healthy entertainment for families of all ages.
