Featuring Greg Loiacono and Paul Hoaglin of The Mother Hips and drummer Todd Roper of Cake, Sensations was formed in the summer of 2003, releasing their debut album in 2006. The band's sound is a modern approach to garage rock that combines the psychedelic harmonies of the British Invasion with clever lyrics and strong melodies. Or, in Loiacono's words, it's "a macho/sensitive music that explores modern day psychedelia and the feelings of body and heart."
