Nalini Mehta shares her passion and practice of the Ayurvedic approach to cooking as a culinary instructor at Route to India. In a warehouse kitchen in the SOMA neighborhood of San Francisco, Metha teaches cooking classes about the Ayurvedic tradition of creating balance and seeing food as medicine. She is also a Ayurveda Food Consultant, and instructed at the Natural Gourmet School in New York City.
All demos take place in the CUESA Classroom (under the white tents in front of the Ferry Building) at 11 am and are free to the public, with recipes and samples for all.
