Local one-man band Seabright (Justin Morales) creates an interesting fusion of chillwave, shoegaze and beach-pop. He's also released a lot of albums. Though he doesn't tour, he's got little pockets of fans all over the world thanks to a lot of international blog love. While the music is generally for a niche crowd, there is a fair amount of variety in how Morales composes each album. Some are strictly laptop albums, some are very sample-oriented (He was a local hip-hop-head back in the '90s) and some, like his latest, Tomorrow, which he released this Saturday, mix computers and live guitars to create a truly eclectic sound. Tomorrow is easily one of his most accessible albums to date. (Aaron Carnes)
