This fall the East Bay Express will once again celebrate the darker side of independent cinema in a vibrant display of horror, macabre and exploitation shorts with SCREAM: East Bay Express’ Horror Film Festival II. Film submissions should be genre specific and under 10 minutes, including credits. All independent filmmakers with pieces under two years old are welcome to submit their works for consideration.
