Chef Alfonso Tomayo has created a very special menu this five course dinner and beer pairing what will compliment Lagunitas award winning beers. Guest of this dinner will also be able to learn more about Lagunitas Brewing Company from team members of the brewing team of Lagunitas. Scott's Seafood San Jose has selected five of Lagunitas most popular beers for this beer pairing dinner. The menu will include the following five courses:
First Course: Smoked Salmon Crostini and Calamari with a lemon grass bure blanc. Paired with Lagunitas Daytime
Course Two: Stuffed Marscapone Dates. Paired with Lagunitas Hopstoopid.
Course Three: Spinach salad with mandarin oranges, toasted almonds, goat cheese, tossed in poppy seed dressing. Paired with Lagunitas Copper Ale.
Course Four: Mahi Mahi with pineapple relish with coconut rice and bok Chou. Paired with Lagunitas Lil Sumpin' Sumpin
Course Five: Pumpkin Cheesecake. Paired with Lagunitas Imperial Red.
