Scaling a Design Team: Insights from talking to world class design leaders

So What is this event about?

If you are a design manager, or an aspiring design manager, you must know how hard it is to make the shift from being "the man on the ground" to rising up and managing REAL people.
Facing the same issues almost a year and a half ago, Sagi was at the role of Director of Product Design at Similarweb and decided to reach out to the best product design managers he could find and interview. While David was leading the front end team, it was just as valuable to him as well.
Almost two years of experience managing designers, 9 interviews, and one professional panel later, we are here to tell you all about the insights, lessons learned, and methodologies that were successfulty implemented from interviewing the world's top design managers for the Hacking UI Podcast.
