We opened our doors in 2009, in hopes of bringing a one-stop wellness shop to Santa Cruzians in need. We foster wellness and fitness by bringing professionals from many fields under one roof to create a truly integrative support system. By working together as a team, we can communicate more easily between practitioners to optimize your care.
Our goal is to help you reach your wellness goals whether you are an athlete, want to improve your fitness level, or are recovering from an injury. We are here to guide you on your path to optimal health and fitness.
