This year's annual Santa Clara Historic Home Tour will include the Berryessa Adobe, an 1840s era City Museum plus four private homes in the Old Quad area of town: a 1905 Period Revival, a 1905 Neoclassical Bungalow, a 1910s era Historic Farmhouse, and a circa 1915 Vernacular Cottage. The Santa Clara Woman's Club circa 1789 Pena Adobe, 3260 The Alameda, will be the site of restrooms, an Opportunity Drawing to benefit the Santa Clara Arts & Historical Consortium and the location to purchase days-of-tour tickets. Proceeds benefit the Harris Lass Museum and non-profit historic preservation projects in Santa Clara. Discount on early bird tickets purchased prior to October 31st, see sc-hometour.com for details.
