Sandra Lee Gallery is excited to present the work of Kelly Detwiler, in the solo exhibition titled, Sanctuary. Detweiler blends nature, vivid imagination, and fantasy within colorful compositions that go beyond typical landscapes. Finding inspiration from childhood experiences in Colorado and later travels, he creates mixed media pieces that dance between traditional two-dimensional art and sculpture. Kelly's work spans several different media, but the spirit of his work has always remained constant.
