Congratulations to everyone who has earned an invitation to the 2016 Pokémon World Championships.
The US Pokémon National Championships have concluded, wrapping up all the Championship Point-earning competitions for the 2016 Championship Series season. With these events complete, the list of qualified invitees to the 2016 Pokémon World Championships has been set.
These Pokémon TCG and video game players have earned the opportunity to come to San Francisco this August 19–21 to compete for the title of Pokémon World Champion.
Pokémon players from more than 35 countries will converge in San Francisco for the 2016 Pokémon World Championships from August 19–21. The Pokémon World Championships will feature players who qualified throughout the 2016 Championship Series season, all competing to be crowned the next Pokémon TCG, Video Game, or Pokkén Tournament World Champion...and for a piece of the combined prize pool of more than $500,000.
