Romililly Wine Dinner with Central Kitchen's Ryan Pollnow at Salumeria

The Romililly Winemaker Dinner is a creative collaboration between Ne Timeas Restaurant Group's Chef de Cuisine, Ryan Pollnow, and his longtime friend Aaron Inman of Romililly Wines. Together, the two have crafted a dynamic 5-course menu, featuring dishes and wine pairings that perfectly complement each other. Romililly handcrafts only three exquisite wines, using grapes from Sonoma's Russian River region; Ryan's dishes were created specifically to enhance the profiles of each. In an effort to further represent the wine of Sonoma County, Aaron has carefully selected a sparkling wine to start the evening and a dessert wine to close, both from Sonoma vineyards.

Ryan and Aaron met in 2005, while both working in wine country. Aaron began bringing bottles of Romililly's first creations to dinner parties at Ryan's house, and the two have been working together ever since, most recently at Outstanding in the Field. That event, which was held on the beach in Santa Cruz on May 18, 2013, inspired them to start planning a more intimate affair to showcase and merge their different crafts.

There are two seatings available for this very special evening - one at 5:30, and one at 8:45, with twelve spots available in each.

**Central Kitchen has a 48-hour cancellation policy. If less notice is given there is a charge of $80 per person.
