Enjoy the work of emerging and established Bay Area artists at this reception for new exhibitions at the Richmond Art Center. “Closely Considered – Diebenkorn in Berkeley” featuring intimate works on paper by Richard Diebenkorn created during his Berkeley years (1953 – 1966); “Frank Lobdell: The Tamarind Prints” showcasing a series of prints created at the Tamarind Lithography Workshop in Los Angeles in 1966; “Luminous Space: Paintings by Tom Holland” featuring the abstract metalwork by this Bay Area artist; and “Social Discourses: In Print” featuring the printmaking practices and collections of Bay Area artists Juan Fuentes, Art Hazelwood, Jos Sances and Jim Nikas.
