| Description How can we respond to another's pain without being crushed by its force? Meditation instructor Robin Caton will discuss how we can respond to personal and even global suffering in ways that keep our hearts open and our spirits vibrant and alive. She will draw on the wisdom of the Tibetan tradition to give practical suggestions that can help us access our own deepest knowledge and act with compassionate love.*About the Path of Liberation lecture series Dynamic and alive, the lineage of the Buddha's teachings has the power to make our lives rich and rewarding. For close to forty years the Nyingma Institute has brought these teachings to students in the Bay Area and throughout the world. From November through December this special lecture series will demonstrate the value of these teachings to the modern world and explore how they can be activated and applied. |
