Red Machine, Heavy Crown & No Exit at Hotel Utah

SEE EVENT DETAILS
With its roots in classic blues and heart in gritty rock & roll, Red Machine fuses vintage ambience with crisp guitar licks and energetic bass to bring fans original music guaranteed to make you move.

Frontman Owen Corso, a.k.a. “O Red,” taught himself to write, produce and perform rock ‘n’ roll in Springsteen-celebrated Jersey. After several successful projects including Ocelot Red and The Good News, Corso conjured Red Machine in 2008 and toured the New York City Metro circuit. Now in San Francisco with an international lineup, reimagined Red Machine’s indomitable new sound is carving out a distinct niche on the West Coast.

Red Machine’s sound invokes classic rock heavyweights greats Led Zeppelin, Eric Clapton, Jimi Hendrix and Pink Floyd, with an overtone of modern garage rock that pairs beautifully with fellow icons Black Keys, White Stripes and John Mayer.

Hard-hitting drummer Mikey Steczo is a veteran of the SF music scene. Bassist Karna Vishwas cut his teeth in Hyderbad, India playing in metal bands. Keyboardist Brenna Gibson provides angelic vocals and value-added polish to the band both sonically and aesthetically.

“We are always hungry for more and we’re more than ready for the next big thing,” says O Red. Red Machine has in recent months shared bills with Bare Bear and Chariot.

Red Machine is forging the path for a new generation of rock and blues.
