Big Freedia (pronounced “FREE-da”), known as the Queen of Bounce, is at the forefront of the Bounce rap movement (a subgenre of hip-hop born out of New Orleans and known for its call and response style and lightening speed booty-shaking dance). Performing five out of seven nights in any given week with dancers she calls The Divas, Big Freedia’s show is nothing short of dazzling. She tours every city in America from New York to San Francisco and is always a favorite at festivals such as Electric Forest, Hangout Fest, FunFunFun Fest, SXSW, and Bonnaroo, among many others.
Gay and proud, Big Freedia asserts that her (Freedia is a he but uses the feminine pronoun for her stage persona) sexuality has little to do with her music. "All types of people—gay, straight, rich, poor, black, white come to my shows. People just wanna get out and shake their azzzz and have a good time!”
A product of the hip-hop generation, Freedia was rocking RUN DMC, Salt ‘n Pepa and Adidas Shell Tops as a teenager. One night in 1991 he heard "Where Dey At" by MC T Tucker, (what many believe to be the first recorded Bounce track) and he was transfixed. After starting as a back-up dancer for Katey Red, the original “Sissy Bounce” rapper, Freedia knew Bounce was his calling and eventually broke out on his own.

Since 2000, DJ Spinn has released numerous albums, remixes, and sets which have changed the way people thought about House music. Whether it be DJ'ing at the Detroit Electronic Music Festival, or creating the No. 1 selling Juke track of all time, "Bounce N Break Yo Back," DJ Spinn has become the figurehead of the local movement that is taking the world by storm. With upcoming projects with MIA, Bok Bok, Headhunter, Big Dope P, Basutbudet, and Ghetto Division, DJ Spinn is setting the foundation that will make himself an integral part of the international music scene.

Mixing records since 1982, Craig has been indoctrinating people with his own take on Detroit dance music, which is very much an amalgam of his radio predecessors. The introduction of scratching and rapping to non-Hip Hop genres of music, this style is something that could only have come from Detroit.
Along the way, DJ Assault was born. A.K.A. CRAIG DIAMONDS ‘The STREET NARRATOR’ is hard at work with his label and a place to finally call home ‘JEFFERSON AVE’. Making his mark as a well established international DJ since 1997. Assault continues to globe trot yearly all around the US and Canada. From the United Kingdom to over 23 European countries, Australia, South America, and Asia are also among countries that have felt the bass. DJ Assault is also the man behind a whole new set of beats — the man responsible for some of the most infectious hooks this side of the Mississippi.
