The Northern California Pug Club (NCPC) presents the Nineteenth Annual “Pugtacular” from noon to 4 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 1, 2013 at The Grange Hall 743 Diablo Road in Danville, Calif. The region’s largest gathering of pugs and their fans features fun and games such as contests (best costume, best trick, curliest tail and more), raffle drawings, pictures with “Santa Paws,” refreshments and more. All pugs are free. Admission is $5 for adults, $2 for children (6-12); free for children under 5. Proceeds benefit the NCPC Health Fund and Pug Rescue.
