Hailing from the Bay Area, Project Queue’s members comprise a very unique background that creates the perfect harmony of Fusion, Funk and Soul. With infectious grooves and melodies that take you for a ride, Project Queue turns any venue into a funky, driving, high-energy party. Willy Jordan on drums (who’s played with acts like John Lee Hooker, Elvin Bishop, Charlie Mussellwhite, Angel Streli, Joe Louis Walker, Volker Strifler, Carlos Santana, Eric Lindell, Doyle Brammall, and Brotherhood of
Groove) and Andy Levine on bass (who holds a PhD in Groovology) lay down some of the tightest grooves you’ll ever hear. Jonathan Lancaster (an award winning, conservatory trained musician) chimes in on saxophone with a sound heavily influenced by artists like Hank Mobley and Pharaoh Sanders, while Neal (a classical pianist) drops some insanely funky lines on keys.
