Join Project Juice for the opening of its new concept, the Project Juice Test Kitchen in Hayes Valley. While juice is the company's first love, they're ready for more. There will be sampling all weekend, and specials for loyalty club members. The goal is to provide you with healthy juice and clean food to make you feel awesome. The Project Juice Test Kitchen will serve clean foods, including HOT menu items. They source local, organic ingredients that are free from dairy, gluten, peanut and soy, and partner with local artisans to bring other delicious baked goodies to the new spot.
