Press Club San Francisco Hosts Paradigm Wines Dinner

What: Press Club and Paradigm Winery are pairing up to offer a special, collaborative evening of gastronomy and wine.
Who: Ren and Marilyn Harris, owners of Napa’s Paradigm Winery; Chris Borges, Chef at Press Club’s Taste Catering partner and Mauro Cirilli, sommelier of Press Club.
More: With Paradigm’s proprietors of the winery on hand to introduce their wines, guests will enjoy delicious passed appetizers starting at 7 p.m. such as Liberty Farms duck breast on farro cake with chervil, house-pickled Bing cherry relish, and hazelnuts accompanied by 2012 Rose of Merlot. At 7:30 p.m. a three-course meal will be served, with highlights including roasted top sirloin from Marin Sun Farms accompanied by glazed baby Tokyo turnips, Parisian carrots, chanterelles, and a reduction of cabernet and black truffle paired with 2003 and 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon.
