Positive Resource Center, a San Francisco-based nonprofit whose mission is to assist people living with HIV/AIDS or mental health disabilities, celebrates its signature annual fundraiser ‘Windows of Opportunity’ on Wednesday, Oct. 12 at The City Club of San Francisco. This year’s gala honors Baker Places, Inc. and AIDS Emergency Fund with the Community Legacy Award for the organizations’ many years of outstanding contributions to the community. The evening, which begins at 6 p.m., includes cocktails, appetizers, desserts, music and a silent auction. Open to the public, tickets start at $125.
