This is not your typical tasting menu restaurant, and that's what makes it special. The decor might include mismatched chairs, campy paintings, and a paint-spattered floor, but the dozen or so mostly Mexican- or Southern-accented courses served by chef-owner Imana (one name only) definitely aspire to Michelin-stardom.
