Porters in the Forest Announces Its Farm to Fork Winemakers Series For 2015: First Dinner Thursday, January 29th

Porter's in the Forest getting to the root of good taste. Throughout 2015, Porters in the Forest will host winemakers dinner that are sure to be an evening of food, wine, conversation and education with a local winemaker or famer. Upon arriving at Porter's in the Forest attendees will enjoy a glass of wine and an appetizer before meeting our local winemakers or farmers. The Porters in the Forest culinary team will present guests with a four course meal; each course is paired with wine. Throughout the meal you'll hear from the people who have grown, caught, raised and crafted the items on the table. You will take a home a special recipe card from Chef. All Farm tor Fork Winemakers dinners will begin at 6:00 p.m.

• Enjoy a four course meal created Chef Johnny
• Each course is paired with wine
• Meet the Chalone Winemaker
• All Farm to Fork Events begin at 6:00 p.m.
• Cost is $70 per person plus tax and gratuity
