New Year’s Day, January 1, 2013
Wake up and come get pickled and fried all over again at The Front Porch and Rock Bar!
The Front Porch is hosting an Afternoon Fry Party from 1 — 6 PM with a $20 All-You-Can-Eat buffet. Menu items include: Fried Chicken, Corn Dogs, Hush Puppies, Fried Macaroni and Cheese, Fried Pickles, Fried Shrimp, Fried Okra, Fried Oreos, and Funnel Cake. (Items are subject to change based on availability.)
Rock Bar will get you “pickled” from 2 PM — 2 AM. Guests can bring a plate of fry
over from The Front Porch and quell that hair of the dog with special New Year’s Day cocktails like the Dirty Metamorphic (Tito’s Vodka, Olive, Fresno Chile), or guests could stick with the original hangover cure, The Corpse Reviver #2 (London Gin, Lillet, Cointreau, Absinthe, Lemon) invented by Harry Craddock and appeared in his cocktail canon, The Savoy Cocktail Book, in 1930.
