The Phelan Building, a San Francisco landmark is an, 11-story, 267,400 square-foot office building constructed in 1908. The steel framed building is an exquisite example of Victorian architectural style. The white exterior is adorned with Renaissance/Baroque glazed terra cotta and metal windows. The two-story white marble lobby and elevator cabs have been completely restored, retaining the charm and grace of this magnificent building.
